The Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMTĀ®) Designation program, technicians will learn about every major building operating systemāfrom HVAC and plumbing to electrical and overall control systems.
The Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMAĀ®) Designation program is for professionals who are responsible for the operations of the building, as well as management of the team of technicians assigned to the building. In the SMAĀ® program, you will learn how to streamline the operations of your building so you can manage energy-efficient, environmentally sound, and cost-effective building systems.
